Selection Process

Administrative Screening	Initial verification of identity, age, essential & higher qualifications, and experience.
Technical Screening	May occur at two levels, checking suitability of experience with advertised criteria.

Final Personal Interview	Selection is based purely on merit, with candidates needing 75% or above to qualify.
