📝 Stage 1: AFCAT Written Exam	Computer-based test covering General Awareness, English, Numerical Ability, Reasoning & Military Aptitude. Total 300 marks, with negative marking for incorrect answers. Qualifying candidates proceed to the next stage.
🎖️ Stage 2: AFSB Testing	Conducted at Air Force Selection Boards (AFSB) in Dehradun, Mysuru, Varanasi, Gandhinagar, and Guwahati. Includes Officer Intelligence Rating (OIR) Test and Picture Perception & Discussion Test (PPDT). Stage I qualifiers proceed to Stage II.
🗣️ Stage 3: AFSB Interview	Comprehensive personality assessment, including Group Tasks, Psychological Tests, and Personal Interview. Evaluates leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
🏥 Stage 4: Medical Examination	Conducted at Air Force Central Medical Establishment (AFCME) or Institute of Aviation Medicine (IAM). Ensures candidates meet IAF medical and physical fitness standards.
📜 Stage 5: Final Merit List	Prepared based on performance in all stages. Top-ranking candidates are selected for commissioning.
