🔢 Stage	📋 Description
Stage 1️⃣	Main Examination – Conducted in two papers: Paper 1: General Knowledge + Hindi & English Language (Graduate Level) – 200 Marks Paper 2: Subject-Specific (Postgraduate Level) – 300 Marks Note: Paper 1 is qualifying in nature (Minimum 33% required).
Stage 2️⃣	Merit List Preparation – Based on normalized marks of Paper 2 only. Minimum qualifying marks in Paper 2: UR/OBC/EWS: 50% SC/ST: 45% In case of tie: Preference given to older age, then higher PG marks.
Stage 3️⃣	Document Verification – Shortlisted candidates must present original certificates for: Educational & Training Qualifications Category/Domicile/Disability Certificates (if applicable) Age Proof
Stage 4️⃣	Final Selection & Appointment – Based on merit list and successful document verification. Appointments will be made against subject-wise vacancies in +2 schools by the State Establishment Committee.

Note: Candidates must qualify each Phase to proceed to the next. The final merit list will be prepared based on the performance in Tier-II and qualifying tests.
